Webinar: Expert Approaches to Design and Execution of Spatial multi-omics Studies

Summary:

Comprehensive understanding of the diseases requires the interpretation of molecular intricacy and variations at multiple level: transcriptome, proteome and metabolome by creating avenues for integrated system-level approaches. Current availability of high-resolution omics technologies, such as spatial transcriptomics, and multiplexed imaging provides an unprecedented opportunity for accelerated biomarker discovery and subsequent clinical translation as information is kept within its native spatial context to provide a more accurate picture of the biology.

As part of ImaBiotech’s webinar series, Richard Ruez, lead Spatial Biomarker Scientist, will present how to design experiments using ImaBiotech spatial platforms to accurately address clinical questions related to drug development. This webinar also highlights the challenges of such high multiplex technologies adoption in a clinical environment.
